Continuous video monitoring and analysis of each trainee by AJ coaches.
Qualified Indian coaches trained by AJ experts.
Training of senior boys/girls on natural grass turf.
Weekly matches with academies/schools of the same age group.
Training in gym/swimming pool when needed.
Personalized diet plan for each trainee.
Transport for trainees assigned to Perumthuruthi ground upon sufficient demand.
Periodic interaction with parents to appraise each trainee’s progress
Certification at the end of every two years upon successful completion of the prescribed training.

Our Coaching Details
Coaching Session Details:
- Sessions begin in Sept/Oct 2024.
- Continuous training for 12 months each year with appropriate breaks.
- Maximum of 2 hours per coaching session.
- Frequency of coaching determined by coaches based on age groups.
- Mondays are off days.
- Locations: Bharathiya Vidya Bhavan school ground, Perumthuruthi near PulaadiKunnu for ages 12 to 16. Nayinan Valappil ground (South Beach Road) for ages 8 to 12 years.
- Sessions typically held before 8 AM or after 4 PM
